Printing one or multi layers inorganic inks on the surface of glass through silk screen printing technic to form colorful patterns, then heat strengthened or toughened them to integrate the inks and glass together, that is how the ceramic frit glass comes.

Ceramic frit glass is widely applied to decorative purposes in and out doors. The printing is colorful and patterns can be freely designed. Since the inks is integrated with glass, the colors will be not sheding and fading, so it is a new decorative material having more advantages than ceramic tiles and stones.

The common quality problems for Ceramic frit glass are uneven color shade and pinholes on the colors, a too high heating treatment may lead to light-colored while too low makes it lusterless.
