Product Description

1. Production process
NaCL and concentrated sulphuric acid from furnace top center material channel continuous feeding into the closed reaction chamber, to use rake agitating reaction, the material moved from chamber center to surrounding by the rake agitating, the product sodium sulphate continuous discharge from the chamber side two outlet, the high temperature sodium sulphate cooled and transfer by the belt conveyor for sieving and crushing. During transportation, add the sodium carbonate to neutralize the free acid in the sodium sulphate, the sieved finished product send to the silo for packing. The 400degreeHCL gas from the chamber cooling and dedusting by graphite cooler, make the gas decline to 50degree; Enter into the second grade filling tower purify to detach SO42-, meanwhile the HCL containing 36~37% SO42-, part be sent to graphite cooler, part for sale; The gas from the second filling tower, into the first grade film decline absorb tower, to use the low density consistence Hydrochloric acid from the third grade filling tower absorb and get the 31% industrial Hydrochloric acid; The gas from the first film decline tower treated by the third filling tower and up to standard to vent.

The reaction heat resource is mix gas from the coal gas generator, the mix gas burned completely in the furnace burning chamber, to form the high temperature air and flow around the closed reaction chamber, indirectly supply caloric for the reaction, the air suctioned from furnace, Recycle the residue caloric by the heat exchange, the exhaust air vent to air via funnel.
