Product Description

Hangzhou Asia Chemical Engineering Co., LTD has researched during past few years in sodium silicate and developed a new technic-Liquid Phase Process. Compared with solid phase process, liquid phase process is featured by its low investment, simple in operation, lower material and utility consumption. Furthermore, the quality of its product is high and its cost is lower than the other process. And the products can not only be used to various situations but also be produced in different modulus.

NSi2+2NaOH Na2O. NSiO2+H2O
Requirement of steam: 0.7 0.8MPa
Material matching forming: Manual operation, intermission operation workers: 56 people every time

Qualified for nation standard <>(GB/T4209-97) the fourth standard.

The fourth sodium silicic acid index:

Density(20¡æ)g/cm3 1.3681.394
Na2O % more than 9.5
SiO2 % more than 22.1
Modulus (M) 2.22.5
Undissolved substance in water % less than 0.05

3. Material standard

Quartz sand 7# white or with a little colour in appearance
SiO2 content more than 98%(non-hydrated)
Gradnule dimension 100180 grid, concentration quotiety more than 60%
Sodium alkali(GB20993) no colour and lucency slimy liquid
NaOH content more than 30%
Na2CO3 content less than 0.4%

4. Production capability
10, 000-100, 000 ton per year.
