Product Description
LSU-A Series Vertical Packing Machine Unit is suitable to pack corn flakes, snacks, breakfast cereals etc.
It suits to pack high crispy and easy fragile materials, like puffy food, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, crispy rice, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumpling, pet food, small hardware, medicine etc.
It automatically finishes bag-forming, measuring, filling, blowing nitrogen, code printing, and cutting.
Well compatible with Corn Flakes Processing Line, Puff Snacks Processing Line, etc.
Fully automatic and continuous.
Various package sizes can be made.
Nitrogen filling device can be added.
If work with metal detector, can get more assurance on the final quality.
PLC and touch screen control.
Multi-head balance can well assure the accurate weight of each package, and protect the crispy products.
