J&M Precision Die Casting can reduce or eliminate secondary operations such as drilling, reaming, threading and machining on some castings, thus reducing scrap and overall cost for the finished part.
In our thorough design review, we will propose ways to tap and drill holes and openings both vertically and horizontally to lower overall cost. 2. MouldingMoulding is the process of manufacturing by shaping liquid or pliable raw material using a rigid frame called a mold or matrix. We can provide mouldings depending on your specific needs.
3. Aluminum Casting
Aluminum, a light weight alloy that possesses high dimensional stability for complex shapes and thin walls, can be cast to near net shape. Near net shape die casting means the initial production of the part is close to the final net shape. This can greatly reduce the need for finishing techniques and eliminate more than 50 percent of production costs.
4. CNC Machining
The CNC Machining process is more precise than manual machining, and can be repeated in exactly the same manner over and over again. Therefore complex shapes can be produced with CNC machining.
 
CNC Machining is used in the production of many complex three-dimensional shapes. And it is used in jobs that need a high level of precision or very repetitive tasks because of the accuracy, close tolerances and repeatability.

A: Almost all of the surface finishes that we have are appropriate for aluminum die casting, including all plating, painting, e-coating, and anodizing.
