Aocheng Hardware co Ltd. which was established in 1978, has been manufacturing DIE-CASTING, FORGING and STAMPING parts for more than 30 years
After spending a lot of years for the development of the market, Aocheng Hardware achieved to have 3 more factories which expert in manufacturing Aluminum Die-casting, Zinc Die-casting, Brass Die-casting, Hot/cold forging part, and CNC machining.
Most of the products were certified by ISO9000-2000 in the year 2001, and QS9000 in the year 2002. There are also many products that are under process of PPAP 3 approval. Some of the main activities of the company are below;
-Die Casting Machine from 160 tons to 1350 tons
-Hot Forging Machine from 100 tons to 1000 tons and CNC.
The die casting factories are able to produce 20, 000 pieces of different kinds Die Casting parts.
Besides, The Hot Forging Company is able to produce 10.000 pieces of different kinds forging parts.
Since 1988, our hot forging company has finished to respond the demand of foreign markets. At present, Our Company exports 30% of our products, which are produced by our professional staffs and labors. We hope to share our ingenious and collaborative spirit that enables our company to succeed.
