This machine is specially designed for cooking oil filling.
The production capacity is ranging from 1000bph/-100000bph/5L.

-  Self-supporting monobloc casting frame, allowing full access to the mechanical drive.
-  Main-drive by incorporated moto-vario-reducer, with regulation of the rate of production.
-  Safety device on infeed starwheel.
-  Protection of main drive by torque limiter.
-  Filling rotative set resting on a widely sized crown ball bearing
-  Non-covered jointless ring tank with motor-driven height adjustment and liquid infeed from the upper part of the machine.
-  Control of liquid level in tank by an automatic valve driven by a floating probe.
-  Double-stage transfer starwheel, that can be placed in position quickly.
-  Bottle-lifts
-  Built-in cabinet for control of all driving-gears and all functional signal lights.
-  Incorporated vacuum pump.
-  Incorporated safeties for main drive
-  All elements in contact with the liquid are made out of stainless steel (304L)
