Product Description
Nitrding of metallicdiess and tolls, shafts, gears, etc, If it is equipped with KRN-W or WPB_N series controlling cabinet, the nitrogen potential of atmpsphere, temperature, operating timei, and flow (gas or liquid)can be controlled automatically. This series can also be USD for various kinds of soft-nitrding and tempering on stress relieving of steel parts as well as the solution trertment of light metals.
1. This series furnace is furnished with KRN-W micro-processor controlled nitrogen potential cabinet, then the measurement, adjustment and for nitrogrn potential, temperature, time, gas and water flow can be performed automatically.
2. The special double sealing and circuating fan set make the nitrogen potential uniformity better than ± 0.1%and the furnace pressure greater than 250mmH2o
3. The up-to-date ceramic lining is used for insulation, giving the fast heating and energy saving up to 20%.
4. The quick-cooling-ran system shortens the production period greatly.
5. Controlled pulse nitriding will be available with avacuum system
