Product Description

Tyvek is a rather unique material in the stable packaging materials classification. Tyvek is known for its outstanding strength, durability, and tear resistance.

As well as industrial use for EO and Gamma Sterilization, Tyvek is also used for Gas Plasma sterilization at hospitals. We can supply the TYVEK paper (raw material) and also the sterile TYVEK paper pouch and rolls to pack the medical equipment.

The variety to be supplied
1. The tyvek raw paper roll( coated / uncoated)
2. The tyvek paper, standard sizes varieties as below
75 mm x 70 m.
100 mm x 70 m.
150 mm x 70 m.
200 mm x 70 m.
250 mm x 70 m.
300 mm x 70 m.
350 mm x 70 m.
400 mm x 70 m.

3. The tyvek paper/film pouch Including three kinds of: 1059B, 1073B and the 2FS.

4. The various materials of the paper roll and pouch
TYVEK paper + PE film
TYVEK paper + PET/PE film
TYVEK paper+ PA film ( flexible film)

Tyvek1073B in its highest weight. Ideal for heavy, sharp or bulky devices such as implants. Exceptional performance for your most demanding applications and high-value devices

Tyvek1059B
The superior protection of Tyvek® In a slightly lighter version for less demanding applications. Ideal for smaller devices like syringes and for devices with rounded edges.

Tyvek2FS
The perfect alternative high puncture-resistant substrate. The lightest form of Tyvek, yet superior to paper in toughness, particularly well-suited for Form-Fill-Seal applications.

All products manufactured under BS EN ISO9001: 2000 Quality Systems. These products are CE marked and meet the requirements of BS EN 868 part 2* and ISO. 11607 part.
