1. Introduction of GMCSeries Products
The plenum-pulse bag dust collector is a kind of high-effciency bag dust collector with the intemational advanced technology level made by Fuller Company. This kind of dust collector integrates the disadvantages of inadequate kinetic energy strength in split-chamber backblow and simultaneous operation of fitration and dust removal, so that the using adaptability and dust collection efficiency of the bag dut collector are icreased and the service life of the filter bag is prolonged. The collector can be not only used for the dust collecting machine, dryer, coal mill, raw material mill, slotted cooling machine, cement mill and packing machine in the whole cement production line, but also directly for the single-stage dust collection of the high-density gas(500g/N m ) at the outlet of vertical raw material mill and the high-density gas (1300g/N m ) at the outlet of O-Sepa powder concentrator. After the dust collection, the gas concentration is less than 500g/N m. The present, the plenum-pluse bag dust collector is not widely used in cement plant but also in the industries of steel, carbon black and power.
2. Working Principle
According to the number of filter bags in every tank, the plenum-pulse bag dust collector can be divided into 4 series: 32, 64, 96 and 128. A dust collector is composed of a number of chambers, and a lift valve propelled by cylinder is installed on the outlet pipe on the side of every chamber. When the resistance on the dust collector reaches a preset value (generally 1500Pa), the dust removal controller sends out a signal and the lift value of the first chamber is started to shut to cut off the filtered airflow. Then the pulse electromagnetic value of this chamber (one value per chamber) is started, and the compressed air(5-7Kg/cm2) flows into the bag chamber to remove the dust on the filter bag. When this action is finished (about 10-15 seconds), the lift vave on the outlet pipe is reopened to resume this chamber to the filtration state. The dust removal is carried out tank by tank according to the above-mentioned process. The plenum-pulse bag dust collector adopts split-chamber method for dust removal, in which, the chamber is separated one by one and dust removal is carried
Out in turns. So that the proplem of secondary dust flying of jetting-pulse bag dust collector is avoided and the effectiveness of dust removal is guaranteed. The overall main inlet and outlet pipe structure is adopted in the design of the overall chamber, the dust hopper is extended to the bottim of the main inlet pipe through which the dusty flue gus may directly enter the enlarged tdust hopper and the effectiveness of dust precollection is reached, and the horizontal straight pipe which may be easily jammed is cancelled. Therefore, the plenum bag dust collector can not only treat the dusty gasa with normal dust concentration but also the dusty gas density of 1300g/N m
The dust collector adopts the split-chamber large-caliber pulse valve and the backblow air removal system. When the fiter bag is replaced, the top cover can be opened and the filter bag can be drawn out directly. The whole process is convenient and he maintenance is simple, and the complicated process of removing jetting pipe and Venturi tube during the process of filter bag replacement of the jetting bag dust collector is avoided.
3. Molding
The Dacron needle-punched felt filter bag is adopted for the plenum-pulse bag dust collector with service temperature < 120degree. Ln case the gas temperature exceeds the preset value. Some respective measures shall be taken to reduce the temperature. For example, if we adopt fiberglass needle-punched felt filt er bag, the service temperature may access 250degree.
