High tension Drop forged shackle
With advanced shackle production line, we have a maximum capability of producing 1, 000 metric tons of high tension shackles, including DW, DX, BW, and BX.

Features:
1) Adopts alloy steel mould to forge.
2) Adopts special heat treatment craft to heat-treat.
3) Bulk small but the intensity is high.
4) The safety factor can up to 4: 1, 6: 1.
5) Electric galvanized or hot dip galvanized.
6) DW is refer to D shackle with screw pin and the WLL can be from 0.5MT to 55MT.
7) DX is refer to D shackle bolt type and the WLL is from 0.5MT to 1, 000MT.
8) BW is refers to bow shackle with screw pin and the WLL is from 0.5MT to 55MT.
9) BX is refers to bow shackle bolt type and the WLL also can be up to 1, 000MT.
