Applications
This product is the newest generation sorbitol type polyolefin nucleation clarifying agent. It is mainly used in PP homopolymers, PP random copolymers and PE polymers. Addition of 0.15-0.30% this product into the target materials can improve the desired transparency results. The addition is closely related with type and thickness of materials. This product can greatly improve the transparency of polyolefin plastic, and significantly increase its heat distortion temperature, surface gloss, impact resistance, reduce molding time, etc.
Compared with previous two generation agents, this product is more suitable for PP and PE products which demand high transparency. It has such many advantages as wide range of processing, high transparency, odorless, non-precipitation, high thermal stability, etc. Its comprehensive performance is the most excellent in present market. This product is widely used in high-grade transparent products, such as high-grade tableware, microwave food containers, etc, as well as medical implements, cultural goods, dressing case, etc. It can also be used in high-temperature sterilization products.
