Basic Information
This product is thermoplastic resin, polymerized from phenol and formaldehyde with catalysis. It is a pale yellow solid, soluble in organic solvents, such as alcohol and acetone and softening temperature. Solidified resin has thermal stability, water tolerance and age resistance. In addition, it has better mechanical strength, adhesion strength and electrical insulation.
Applications
After being mixed evenly with filling agent, accelerator, demoulding agent and colorant, and then being hot pressed, it can be used to make arresting material, refractories, grinding medium and ebonite. It is widely used in automobile parts, metallurgy industry, plastic industry, electro-machining industry.

Should be stored in ventilated, dry and dark warehouse with normal temperature, and then could keep efficient for 1 year
