The hydraulic motor of "Yutian" brand table-turned type wax injection machine is driven by the hydraulic system.

The operating plate rotates veer/converse 180 degree. Nozzle in/out, up/down adjust the injection position automatically. Operator takes the pattern by one hand, and presses the injecting button by other hand. Improve the working efficiency. The heat exchange system can change the wax liquid to wax paste. Manual/automatic driving mode, PLC controlled to ensure the system operating reliable.

Operating Conditions of the equipment: The equipment should be grounded. Supply the clean wax which has been stewed at least four hours. Equipment should be placed on the flat cement concrete floor. Load two ton per square meters.

Air requirement: 5 m2/h, 0.6-0.8MPa
Cooling water temperature: 0-10degree
