Lubricative processing aid for PVC products
ZB-175 ZB-101 is a polymer type of HMW multifunctional processing aid with property of external lubricant and promotion plastication. It is the substitute of traditional lubricant. It is white powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in wanter and alcohol.

Property and Application
ZB-175: To be used in all kinds of rigid PVC products, such as sheet, pipe, pipe-fittings, window profile, etc. It is fit for all kinds of techniques, such as extrusion, calender, injection, etc.
ZB-101: To be used in all kinds of rigid PVC products, such as thin film, sheet, pipe, pipe-fitting, window profile, etc. It is fit for all kinds of techniques, such as blowing moulding, extrusion, calender, injection, etc.

ZB-175LPolymer type of HMW external lubricant with part of process property; Excellent metal release; Good transparency; Prevent fade-out.
ZB-101: Good metal release on the basis of inherent transparency, Thus extend the running period of machine. No fade-out if excessive addition, so the difficulty of adjusting formulation is reduced compared with other external lubricant.
