Product Description
Foam modifier for PVC board, floor, pipe, profile etc.
Processing aid for PVC products.
ZB-530 is acrylic copolymer with high molecular weight(HMW).
When it is used as foaming adjustment agent, it can endow with higher melt strength, better plastication and fluidity, it can have the foamed product keep down well-distributed and dense air bubble, Thus has homogeneous foaming structure.
When it is used as processing aid, it can endow with better surface lustrousness, greatly increase the melt strength. It is particularly suitable for working formulation with high filling.
It is white powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in wanter and alcohol.
