Founded in April 2005, the predecessor of the company is "Zhejiang Yibang Bio-tech Co., Ltd. " which is engaged in R&D, production, sales and technical service of animal vaccine and diagnostic reagent. Over the past years, under the correct decision of competent authorities and Board of Directors, the company has aggregated a batch of domestic and foreign elites in biological product industry by virtue of the geographical advantage of Yangtze River Delta, and has achieved impressive achievements. Meanwhile, relevant products have also won high reputation in the market.

To cater to the new trend, according to the concerted resolution by corporate competent authority China Animal Health and Epidemiology Center and the Board of Shareholders, the company is to be renamed to forge enterprise brand. In August 2011, "Zhejiang Yibang Bio-tech Co., Ltd. " was renamed into "Zhejiang Ebvac Bio-tech Co., Ltd. " and new brand was launched.
