This kind of new profile is trying to use honey comb structure to substitute steel reinforcement. Our lab has achieved breakthrough research and are introducing this new profile to the market.

Till now, we just developed 80 sliding series. The sash needs no steel reinforcement, and the frame just needs a steel bar to enforce the hardwares.

Compared to traditional PVC Profiles, this honey comb profiles have better performances on energy saving, acounstic insulation and impact resistance. Most of the important, it saves a lot of cost due no need for much reinforcement.
