ASA/PVC coextrusion profiles with wooden finish.

This kind of profile is newly developed by our company. It features in amazing effect on discoloring resistance, long term durability and fine wooden color surface. Moreover, compared to laminated wooden color profiles, this type of profile saves a lot of cost.

Coextrusion profile is better than laminated profile. Firstly, the processing technology is much more matured. At the limitation of the processing technology and machinery, the laminated profile does not as good as coextrusion proflie at quality stability and durability.

Secondely, the ASA raw materail was used to auto finish materail for many years. It has been proved with good performance on in natural environment. Our ASA rwas materials are provided by GE which boasts superior quality. But the sources of film for lamination are blured. And then the quality of laminated profile has no guarantees.

Whatever, the wooden color coextrusion profile is the best choice compared to lamianted profile.
