Product Description

Cellulase is one kind of strain with high output, it is made by deep ventilating fermentation method. Specifications: It is brown liquid or off-white powder, with such enzyme activity units (CMC enzyme ).

Solid product: 10000u/g, 20000u/g

Liquid product: 10000u/ml, 20000u/ml

Activity of cellulase is tested in DNS method, the unit is mgG / G. H.
Specifications/ physical and chemical properties:
1) Appearance: Liquid or Powder
2) pH: Liquid: 4.5-5.0, optimum 4.8; Powder: 4.8-5.2
3) Activity Temperature: Liquid: 45-55oc, optimal temperature: 50oC;
Powder: 55-60oC
4) Enzymatic Activity: Liquid: 35, 000u/g; Powder: 40, 000u/g
5) Storage: Should be stored in a dry place with temperature between 5-35oC.
6) Shelf life: Liquid: 6 months; Powder: 12 months
