Shanghai Modern Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Is a research-based, specialty pharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products. The business of the company comprises three major areas: APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) for generic market; New dosages; Biopharmaceuticals.

Our company excels at process development and commercialization, new dosage discovery and development of advanced innovative biopharmaceuticals. We have five manufacturing sites. Product lines include macrolide antibiotics, vitamin B family antioxidant alpha lipoic acid series, antitumor, antifungal and antiretroviral series.

All of our products have obtained GMP certificates from State Food and Drug Administration in China. Most of our products have complete DMF and EDMF documentary system and have been registered in several countries. At present we are working on the FDA pre-approval, COS/CEP project to achieve the international qualification.

Lipoic acid series have obtained KOSHER certificate and EDMF has registered in countries including Italy. Lipoic acid series are in the process of Europe COS certification. Azithromycin and Zolpidem tartrate are in the process of USA FDA certification. Azithromycin, Clarithromycin, Alpha lipoic acid and Etoposide have the official import registration certifications issued by the Indian government.

We have obtained Free Sale Certification (issued from SFDA) for Azithromycin, Clarithromycin, Alpha lipoic acid, Etoposide and Sibutramine Hydrochloride.
