Product Description

The rolling machine is applicable to the production of 0.007-0.2 mm thick aluminum foil used in capacitors and light industry, food, cigarettes, pharmaceutical packaging aluminum foil.

Structural features: The rolling machine is a complete system of rolling aluminum foil, exclusively used in the course and fine specially four-roller non-reversing hydraulic aluminum foil rolling mill, which is composed of the equipments of loading mechanism, decoiler, rolling mill, coiling machine, discharge device, roller changing device, the power station and so on.

Rolling Mill uses of DC transmission, thyristor control, with positive and negative hydraulic bending roller device, the working-roller changing device and the strip gauge control system. The auxiliary installations before machine adopts the form of swing frame. The bottom roller is in the form of hydraulic system adjustment. The upper rack adopts electric system to adjust elevation of the rolling line. Rough rolling hydraulic device has two systems, point inching and constant voltage. Coiling cylinder is passed under the rolling mill, which is easy to operate. Rolling oil nozzle can be controlled respectively on the operation platform. Anvil roll can also be quickly replaced.
