100bp Ladder DNA Marker (100bp-2000bp)

The 100bp Ladder DNA Marker contains eleven discrete fragments ranging form 100bp to 2000 bp. This marker  is ideal for fast running times  and  accurate visual determination.
Markers are  supplied in a  ready-to-use mix at a  concentration of 0.1ug/ul. For best results load 5-10ul of marker per well. Stable at 22C to 25VC,-20C recommended for longer time storage. Loading buffer is composed of 10mMEDTA, 10% glycerol,0.015%bromophenol blue and 2.8M urea.
