Working principle of manual operating mechanism
A:  Energy storage
Apply force to the manual energy storage handle, or give the electrical energy storage signal, the motor will drive the crutch arm to make the energy storing spring realize energy storage , through the energy keeping part stores energy.
B: Closing operation When closing, apply force to the manual closing handle, or give the electrical closing signal, the closing spring releases energy making the output shaft drive, so as to drive the crutch arm making the vacuum interrupter contact move upward, touching the stationary contact, and provide the contact pressure. At the same time, storing energy for the opening spring, the mechanism's closing keeping part contact normally making the circuit breaker keeps closing state.
C: Opening operation 
When opening, apply force to the manual opening handle, or give the electrical opening signal, the mechanism's closing keeping part will break the contact. Under the action of pressure spring and the opening spring, the output shaft drive in the opposite direction, so as to drive the crutch arm making the vacuum interrupter contact move downward, the moving contact and stationary contact separate, the circuit breaker opening.
