Full Automatic Hot Foil Stamping and Die cutting Machine is a special equipment for Hot Stamping and die cutting cardboard, corrugated board, plastic board and leather, and is widely used in printing, packaging and plastic industries. It is characterized by compact structure, fine workmanship, high pressure, high precision and easy and reliable operation.
Two touch screen industrial PC's control the tension and unwinding of the five roll foil station, and also regulate the temperatures of the six heating zones.
The feeder and delivery stations are equipped with a "non stop" pile change.
The TYM780 is equipped with a multiple foil feeding device, three longitudinal and two transversal modules. Foils can be feed in two directions simultaneously, allowing a huge flexibility, and foil economy.
