USB TV BOX II from Zowietek Electronics, is a single chip, high quality and low cost external USB TV Box with MPEG-1/2 encoder and an integrated on board TV tuner. With application software WinPVR, it allows the user to watch, control and record video and TV, to capture full D1 720x576 quality video in MPEG-2 video format from camcorders, VHS tapes, DV cameras and any other analog video. It is the world's first single chip, next generation USB TV Box with VCD/DVD real-time encoder. It also supports network video stream for Internet video chatting. It is a compact design with aluminum sandblasted housing. Third party software bundle, like Ulead and InterVideo, is optional.
