Winding Resist Ant Wheel

6mm thick of plate is used in the stand of HW6 type, which makes it higher supporting power; Forge hot workmanship is used in balls making for lower part, that makes it flexible in movement and durable; Iron cast core with a polyester a cover is adopted in driving wheel making, and the bonding in the interface of the core and cover is fast will never unglued. The driving wheel and the axle is shielded in labyrinth winding resistant layer, to prevent the filament/strip from being wound in the axle to ensure a smoothly movement

Iron cast core covered with polyester workmanship is also used in the HD82 type. Two sets of 6205 bearings are placed inside the wheel core to ensure its loading capacity as well as the flexible turning. Labyrinth winding cover is used in fixing the axle in the inner side of it, which resolved the winding problem completely. And the outside of the wheel is sealed with plastic cover. It is in a completely sealed states, winding will never happen on it.

The winding resistant foot wheel has the feature of high loading capacity, long service life (replacing cycle is every 5 years), good winding resistance performance etc., so no troublesome in frequently changing the foot wheels, and can save lots of labor source and money. Service life the polyester wheel is 5 times of the rubber ones. Besides, it is shock absorption and more comfortable feel. So it is well received by the customers.
