Features:

Arm structure: It's made of imported high rigidity linear skate and light aluminium alloy beam.

Horizontal Rotation structure: The Horizontal rotating structure makes products placing and adjustment easier, only adjust the screw, don't need to change the air pipe and reed switch.
Claw revolving structure: Fixture can be rotate 90° To place the finished products

Exchange of die adjusting structure: Only release the fixed hand when exchange of die, machine can be rotate 90° , improve the efficiency.
Fixture loop: Can suck the finished products and clamp water gap at the same time, can be use for take out finished products from one mould with several cavity.
Machine body structure: It's investment casting of aluminum alloy, with CNC accurate Process, Stable and rigid, can working under high speed, meet the requirement of high speed, small vibration and long service life.

Applications:

P-750IS is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine of 150~250T for take-out products and sprues. It has range of model P-650IS and P-650ID, with two types of arms, single stage(P-650IS) and telescopic type(P-650ID)...After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
