Product Description

Plastic window profile shapes production line is mainly used for producing window profile shapes, decoration profile shapes and so on with the material of PVC or UPVC. This production line adopts single or twin screw extruder as the customers actual production needs. The main machine and drawing machine adopts German Siemens frequency controller.

Temperature controller adopts Japanese famous brands of RKC in order to achieve accurate controlling. Vacuum calibration table adopts water circular seal energy-saving system equipped with central watering and quick joint in order to change different mould conveniently. Calibration table can use 4m, 6m, 8m and other size. Drawing machine adopts caterpillartractor in order to guarantee the stabilization and no-transmutation of extrusion course. Auto-sticking film machine can guarantee the smooth of the extrusion product surface. Cutting machine adopts synchronization tracking structure in order to guarantee the section's smoothing and no-hiatus. This machine has the feature of low waster of energy, good performance, high speed and high efficiency, atc. The finished products produced by this machine has he feature of good surface, stronger compression resistance, light and heat stability, low size-changing and ageing resistance.
