FLOCK ABBRASION: e 500 cycles/250g ABBRASION TESTS: A) new flock e 500 cycles/250g B) flock after thermal aging e 400 cycles/250g (The following abrasion tests according to Fiat standard tests: With a chisel and a total weight of 250 g, the product as received passes 500 cycles and after thermal aging 400 abrasion cycles. The thermal aging is: 16 hours 40C and 100% humidity, then 4 hours -20C, then 4h 80C. The thermal cycle is repeated twice. An additional test with the same weight on the product left for 10 minutes in water: The product passes 100 abrasion cycles. The aspect of the flock tape after abrasion changes minimally: You see where the chisel is passed, there is a slight removal of flock, but no loss of glue or holes or similar.
