Cat. No. JS005 10mM 1.0ml Description: DNTP Mix contains aqueous solution of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 10mM, which purification is above 99%. It is free of RNase and DNase, and is suitable for any molecular biology application that requires pure deoxynucleotides, such as PCR, DNA sequencing, cDNA synthesis. The absence of exodeoxyribonucleases and ribonucleases is confirmed by appropriate quality test. The Mix offers the possibility to reduce the number of pipetting steps and the risk of reaction set up errors. DNTP Mix's quality stability is confirmed through PCR and RT-PCR.
