Anhui Tiankang Group Steel Pipe & Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd is founded in 2005. The total investment in the project from the first stage is USD 20 million. Our product is Seamless Stainless / High Alloy Steel Pipe & Tubes, with 800 MT per month capacity( Will be 1000 MT per month capacity by the end of 2008), more than 70% of our products are exported, such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other areas.

For billet, Our 300 serious billet is bought from JIULI and BAOSTEEL Plant, S31803, 904L, Monel400, Inconel600, 800H and other special grades are imported from Europe and American. We have full sets production line for Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe & Tube, 8 sets cold drawn machines, 12 sets cold rolled machines, 5 sets straightening machines, 3 sets heat treatment furnaces. (One is bright annealed furnace)

For Quality Assurance system, we have all kinds of inspection equipments, such as Metallurgical Microscope, Hardness Tester, Universal Test machine, Opitical Emission Spectrometer, Intergratular Corrosion Tester, Ultrasonic Tester, Eddy Current Detector, Endoscope, Hydrostatic Tester and etc.

We have strict quality assurance system, have received Moody International ISO9001-2000 certificate and etc certificates. (As a new company of stainless steel seamless pipe Our other certificates like BV-DNV-TUV-ABS-PED and others are under preparing)

We are in good location, 200 km away from Shanghai, it is help us to achieve quick material flow for import billet and export Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe & Tube.
