We are registered with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council of South Africa) operating as property developers for our own property portfolio. We have been in the business since 2002. We currently operate mostly within the commercial property sector. We are always on the search for new ways of reducing costs without sacrificing quality in the process. 'Going green' and 'energy alternatives' are increasingly important to us. We will commence the process of developing 58, 000 sq. M of virgin land opposite the O. R. International Airport in Johannesburg from mid 2010.
