Bedsits UK acquire Freehold properties, mainly 4 bedroom houses and convert them into a professional bedsit (HMO) which has 6 bedrooms and shared wc's (2), bathrooms (2), a living area and kitchen.

The properties are custom designed having had 10 years experience letting to this type of tenant.

It would add value to the tenants if their fridge and freezer compartments were made secure as they are in the sharded kitchen and not in their private bedrooms.
