Concentrated fluid for syrup:

Viscous liquid constitued by an aqueous plant extract in a concentrated glucose solution: Dilution rate 50-100 to 200 grams in 1 liter of syrup

Ethanol: 40 to 80%

Dry extracts are presented under a powder form.


Drying process:

Spray drying: The fluid is spread in a hot air stream
Drying ovens: The extract is loaded in trays warmed by steam water.
