Carlos A. Gothong Lines Inc.

The separation of Gothong lines from WG&A, marked another milestone in the company's history. Gothong lines had to start from scratch, and go through countless obstacles including bearing with the economic and political crisis here in the Philippines. However it has bounce back from the depths of the seas to compete on the same level with other shipping companies. Even just after 5 years on its own, it has steadily grown to have 5 vessels under its name, traveling to more than 6 ports-of-calls.

This growth can be attributed to the good management practices and the leadership of its founder and successors, who showed perseverance and determination in trying to stay true to its mission of serving the Filipino nation and its people, while trying to connect all the islands.
