Cititech Microsystems Corporation was created and organized primarily to conduct business operations. Its services include printing and related services under the business name Cititech. Print Desktop Publishing and Printing. It is also engaged in software development and reselling of office machines such computers, surveillance cameras, finger print scanner, cash registers, etc, which is handled under the business name Citisoft Office Systems Development, of which the corporation also owned.

The corporation was registered to Securities ans Exchange Commission of the Republic of the Philippines on January 16, 2009.

It aimed to expand its printing operations to advertising in the near future.
