REST(Relief Societ of Tigray)is in Ethiopia. Non governementa organization which has been implementing a wide range of relief, rehabilitation&developement activties in the national Regional state of Tigray since 1978. Originally established to serve the needs of the people in the librated areas of Tigray during the then civil war, REST has always been a grassroots organization, committed to woking with poorest&most marginalized communities to bring about positive, sustainable change.
