Iturmendi Y Quiros S. L.

In the sixties, the Gonzalez Quiros sisters start Quiros Arte-Joya in a small commercial space located in Oviedo, Asturias. The concept in jewellery was new and had a clear objective; the placing of exclusive designs, until that point an unattainable luxury, within the reach of the greater public.

In the year 2000, Maria Ignacia Iturmendi Gonzalez-Quiros, daughter and niece of the partners and founders of Quiros Arte-Joya, starts the company Iturmendi and Quiros, that begins to create and distribute its own designs in the national as well as international markets under the brand name of QUIT.

Since 2004 Iturmendi and Quiros have established contacts with brands that have entered the world of jewellery by our hand. In addition to our own brands, we design and distribute collections for companies like EL Caballo and Wolf. Maria Ignacia Iturmendi, our creative director, has created designs for collections of other well known brands.

A year after starting the company, Iturmendi and Quiros distributed their jewellery among 50 different outlets. Today, the distribution reaches 400 different shops including jewellery shops and multi-brand shops of fashion and accesories, as well as large distribution chains such as EL Corte Ingles and Aldeasa. We distribute in countries such as Mexico, Portugal, Francia and have outlets in Austria and Japan.
