Argos S. A. was constituted in 1975, becoming a closely held corporation in 1986.

Argos S. A., which parent company is in Chile, has subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. Also hold 5% of stocks in Colombian company Ronda S. A., a leader in the manufacture and commercialization of party products, didactic and indoor games, as well as school goods.

Argos is currently a group of companies devoted to the business of manufacture, commercialization and distribution of a wide range of products related to Parties, Presents and Social Expression.
