We present our company as a commercial and technical concil services in China. Because contacts and negotiations with Chinese companies are quite different than with European or North American companies, our companyis in a position to negotiate for overseas customers the best conditions and reliable deliveries for many products.

General Schedule of fees:
Initial Sourcing Fee: 300 USD
A ) Sourcing fee
Typically we charge a fixed percentage (2-5%) of the total invoice for
ex-factory purchases but discounting is available based on quarterly volume. The only additional fees will be for courier and/or express shipment charges for prototypes, drawings and specifications to overseas offices.

Because they require nearly as much work as large volume orders, small volume orders are to be considered differently and services for those are charged differently.

NOTE: Our fee is established by mutual agreement prior to initiation
of any work. No billable work is initiated without our / the clients'
written permission.

We will prepare formal price quotations, which will include: Product
costs, Tooling charges (where applicable), Sample charges, Minimum requirements and Estimated production schedule.

B) Referral fee (finder s Fee)
Il you do not need any special services, support or quality control
monitoring and you only want us to get an adequate suppliers for your projects. Consequently you only pay a referral fee of 2% based on total Proforma invoice value. The referral fee compensates us for the intellectual capital and time invested in creating a successful resource match. It is calculated as a function of difficulty of sourcing the product (time and money invested), the complexity of the product and the size and scope of your project.

Assistance for factory meetings and business appointments: USD 250 per visit with English Chinese speaking person. (This rate does not include transport, hotel, etc. ).
