1 treadmill
1 adjustable bench
1000 square feet of 1/2 inch interlocking rubber floor tiling
Dumb bells from 5 lbs to 100 lbs (rubber ends) pairs
10.45 lbs plates
4 35 lbs plates
4 25 lbs plates
4 10 lbs plates
4 5 lbs plates
1 Sauna (two or three persons)
1 Jacuzzi (two or three persons)
1 large ductless air conditioning system
Also needed is the bench to place the dumbbells. All of the items are to be of commercial strength and quality.
