Venture capital Our procedures are straight forward, clients must submit all relevant documentations to us, which inlcude business plan, feasibility study, cash flow analysis, financial statements, etc. Upon our review of the project and acceptance, clients shall arrange for our consultation fee (in advance of usd5000), site inspection, q&a session and bank meeting arrangement. Our commission of the project shall be 1-5% of the total drawn down and to be paid at drawn-down. Our min. Investment value shall be above usd10 millions and the normal duration of the processing shall be within 2 months. |
