My company is seeking a manufacturer to produce a back pad for motorcycle use. It measures 11" across with a slight curve to rest a person's back. It measures 8" top to bottom. It has thickness of 2". It requires two (2) holes to accept 0.25" bolts into T-Nuts that will be installed into the 0.125" ABS plastic support sheet inside the back pad. The pad interior requires 2" foam padding. A hidden vinyl zipper is required on the bottom of the pad for assembly. The cover is of black vinyl, which we can provide or review your samples.
