Synergy Group Ltd. was conceptualized in 1987. After devoting a number of years providing in house business development, market research, financial plans, and competitive intelligence service, for The Minority Supplier Development Council, Wisconsin Regional Council, The Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Association (MBDA), Will Marshall (founder) prepared the Synergy business plan and formed the consulting company; In 1990 Synergy was launched.

Synergy has successfully completed projects in Business Plan Development. Industry Research, Market Research, Electronic Commerce, and Competitive Intelligence. Synergy has support from one of the most successful networks of educated, experienced and highly skilled professionals. Some specialize in Remediation, Project Management/ Process Improvements, and Business Development and Planning.

Synergy is now in its infancy stage in four of its divisions and are seeking suppliers in the computer manufacturing industry, cosmetics, perfume, apparel, and jewelry indutries to help make speciality or custom design products.
