Rubber hoses for car cooling system, apply for supplying antifreeze. Workable with temperatures from -50 degrees by Celsius to 110 degrees by Celsius. Consist from two rubber layers: Internal and external, and textile braiding between. Material is EPDM.
Common Parameters:
- internal and external surfaces are smooth (without bubbles or porosities);
- there is not any sections with uncover textile braiding;
- must has not exfoliation between layers and braiding on end surface;
- must be frost-resisting without crack formation;
- must be waterproof with pressure 0, 5MPa;
- surface of hose (rubber) must be hard with hardness 60 - 70 IR. |
