Factory LLC, based in the USA, is responsible for manufacturing and supplying practically all exclusive importers with consumer electronic goods in every European country.

It was established in 1999 as the Hungarian brand agency of dyras consumer electronic goods with the following goals:
- full scale marketing activities in Hungary
- direct management of wholesale key accounts
- market research, trend analisys, new product preparation
- customer support, after sales service, quality control
- warehouse supervision, logistics

In 2003 the dyras became the importer and wholesaler of dyras brand products in Hungary.
