DIY power is present in more than 100 countries and has over 80, 000 units of large power generator sets installed since 2008. Our factory locates in Hongkuan industrial zone, Fuqing, China, which occupies more than 320, 000m2 of modern advanced workshops and facilities, composed of more than 500 well-trained and committed staff&engineers team.

Our annual production capacity is 6000units of gensets from 8 to 3300kVA.

DIY powers generator sets are using Cummins, Perkins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Doosan, Deutz, SDEC, Yuchai, Yanmar, Yangdong brands engines and coupled with Stamford, Leroy Somer, or Macc-Alte, Marathon, or other globally famous brand alternators.

We believe high quality starts with each component that goes into a genset.

Each genset is tested before leaving the production facility to maintain our quality standard.

This testing involves a comprehensive and detailed quality check of the main genset components, such as the engine, alternator, radiator, control panel, base frame, and so on.

After going through a specific time load and electrical function check, the genset moves into pre-delivery inspection, where the aesthetics of the genset are checked and all necessary documents are attached.

For over 22 years of diesel generator set manufacturing, DIY powers have been supplying reliable and quality products worldwide. Every DIY genset in our factory is designed and built to our manufacturing quality standards, which ensures every part of the production process is reaching our high-quality standard demands.

DIY POWERS also support portable gasoline or diesel generators from 2kw-12kw and all electronic power-related equipment and spare parts.

DIY powers portable generators have been supplied to 120 countries in the world, and annual sales amount is over $190 million in 2021, with 90% of orders overseas. With full international certificates, such as CE, GS, EPA, and ETL, DIY powers portable generators have won a good reputation from customers in Europe, the USA, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

For portable generators, we have applied for more than 20 independent invention patents, 50 plus utility model patents, and 80 product design patents. Each year, we spend over $2 million RMB on R&D projects to make the generator updated continually.

DIY powers factory area covers a land of 200, 000 square meters. The professional team specializes in portable products is more than 900 employees. The production capacity is 400, 000 for air-cooled generators each year.
