Feature: Fast drying, Excellent Weatherability, Good abrasion resistance, Strong adhesion Using Method: High Pressure without Air Spraying. Directions 1. Remove thoroughly the oil, soil, water stain and dust from the surface to be sprayed. 2. Shake the can well for about half a minute before spraying. 3. Apply first on an invisible part to make sure the selected color is well matched 4. Keep 15-30 cm away from the surface to be sprayed. 5. In case of little paint or only gas out, turn the nozzle 180° and try again. 6. During spraying, keep the can upright within a vertical angle of 45°. 7. After use, clear the valve and nozzle by spraying upside down for a few seconds. Precautions 1. Content under pressure. Keep away from heat, flame, spark and other source of ignition. 2. Do not spray on objects with direct contact of food. 3. Spray in well-ventilated place. A better coating effect will be gained if operate in a cool, dry and dustless environment. 4. Avoid applying the lacquer on a rainy or freezing day. 5. Do not clash, puncture, or incinerate the can, even after use. 6. Store in a cool, dry place (45°C); Avoid direct sunlight. 7. American Standard Thermoplastic Traffic Road Line Marking Paint High Quality 1.Product Description: Thermoplastic road marking paint is mainly used for more than 2 level road and highway.The thickness of lines made from this coating is (1.0 ~ 2.5) mm, paint mixed with reflective glass beads, and in the construction, spread the reflective glass beads on the surface. This type of marking line has good nightly reflective performance, long service life, generally up to 2 ~ 3 years. Thermoplastic road marking paint needs special heater device in constructions. In second re-marking construction of old marking lines, you should eliminate the thick old marking line firstly. 2. Specifications: We produce different standards of thermoplastic road marking paint, such as Chinese standard, BS standard, AASHTO standard and so on. The contents and raw materials are different with different standards. FAQ: Q: How long is the storage time of the paint, and is it suitable for long-term storage? A: Normally, storage time of thermoplastic paint is 1 year in dry and well ventilated condition. It is not suitable for long-term storage. Q: How to calculate the space of the marking area drawn by certain weight of paint? A: According to the thickness of the marking lines, 1.6mm thickness per square meter need 4kg of paint, 1.8mm thickness per square meter need 4.5kg of paint, 2mm thickness per square meter need 5kg of paint.Take 1 ton of paint for example, it can draw 250 square meters of 1.6mm thick lines and 200 square meters of 2mm thick lines.
