Raw material selection
Our seamless carbon steel tubes are produced from high-quality carbon steel billets sourced from reputable mills, in accordance with ASTM A106 and ASTM A53. The raw material is mainly killed or semi-killed carbon steel, made through open-hearth, basic oxygen, or electric furnace processes, with continuous casting of round billets as the standard method. The billets are heated to approximately 1200°C, then pierced and hot rolled or cold drawn to final tube dimensions.

- Yes, we can supply tubes in fixed lengths according to each part number in order to help reduce scrap and improve production efficiency. Maximum length depends on product specification and shipping method. For container loading, lengths up to 5,842 mm are feasible for certain applications.
- What packaging options do you offer?
- We can provide packaging according to customer requirements. Common packaging options include: 1.Bundled tubes 2.Wrapped protection 3.Lifting slings at both ends for safer unloading 4.Wooden box packaging when required Packaging methods can be customized based on product type, transport mode, and unloading conditions.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- MOQ depends on the material grade, size, and production arrangement. In general, due to minimum steel coil purchasing requirements, the MOQ per size is around 5 tons. Mixed sizes or mixed codes can be discussed depending on the total order quantity and container arrangement.
- What type of containers can you load?
- We can load in different container types depending on product dimensions and customer requirements, including 20' /40HQ. Even Open Top containers where needed.
- Can you provide material certificates and quality documents?
- Yes. We can provide relevant quality documents upon request, including: 1.Material certificates 2.Mill test certificates 3.PPAP documents 4.Inspection reports 5.Other technical documentation depending on project requirements
